Service in Detail:
We provide comprehensive courses that cover all aspects of telephony administration and can be run alongside modules on telephone etiquette and other telephone skills. The material for each schedule is conveyed in a tried and tested format, led by one or more of our experienced trainers as required.

Courses can be taken on site or at a designated training centre. Clients with specific training needs may, in conjunction with one of our senior consultants, create bespoke courses that meet their particular business requirements. Initial training may be followed up periodically with refresher and advanced courses.
