Multi-Lingual Customer Service Representative

Description

We are looking for people fluent in English, French and Spanish (candidates must have all three languages), with enthusiasm and energy, to join our existing customer service team. Your role will be handling customer�s enquiries by phone taking full responsibility for their resolution and identifying/maximising cross selling opportunities. Full training will be provided for these roles.

Main Responsibilities

  • â�¢ Full ownership of customer queries, resolving them within the agreed timescales (queries are received via the telephone, e-mail and e-bay)
  • â�¢ Dealing with requests for information
  • â�¢ Providing a high standard of customer service - keeping the customer informed at all times
  • â�¢ Updating the clientâ��s data-base
  • â�¢ Highlighting and closing additional cross- selling opportunities
  • â�¢ Translations

Requirements

  • â�¢ Excellent communication skills in the specified languages (written and verbal)
  • â�¢ Confident telephone manner
  • â�¢ Ability to keep calm under pressure
  • â�¢ Accurate keyboard skills with attention to detail and good PC knowledge
  • â�¢ A team player with a good sense of humour

Key Performance Indicators

  • Quality of calls are measured using Kaptecs call quality monitoring process

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role required

Languages

English with French and Spanish required
