KAPTEC APPOINTED AS AVAYA SERVICE DELIVERY PARTNER IN IRELAND
Dublin, November 2009; Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services, has appointed Kaptec as an Avaya Service Delivery Partner in Ireland.
As part of the relationship, Kaptec will offer certified Avaya engineers to support Avaya and Avaya's business partners and distributors. Services will include equipment installation and field maintenance support on-site.
